At Waterlily Home we pride ourselves on our customer service and quality products.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you immediately to arrange either a replacement, credit note or refund.
SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of is $10.95 in Australia for shipping.
For our New Zealand customers a $25 flat rate is applied.
We send all orders out within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment, factoring in weekends and public holidays.
Shipping time varies from 2-7 business days, depending on where you are located.
We often run promos for free shipping, follow our socials for special offers.
RETURNS POLICY
At Waterlily Home we want you to love your purchase! We will happily exchange the product 14 days of your purchase (excluding your shipping costs) if the item does not fit, is the wrong size of in the unlikely case that it is faulty.
We are also happy for you to exchange your online purchase at one of our markets. Check out the find us tab on the website to see where we will be.
We only refund when a product is faulty or out of stock. All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags on.
No refunds or exchanges on sale product.
For exchanges a $10 shipping fee will incur for the new product sent out.
We use recycled and used packaging from our suppliers for our shipping. It may not look the smartest bit we hope you'll be happy with what's inside!
